Clear scope before files move or payment is taken.

1. Forming the order

Before an order or payment, we provide a durable written quote or scope containing the service description, price, target timing, exclusions, these terms, our full service address and the details needed for the invoice. An order begins only when the client accepts that scope and the agreed payment is received, unless the quote says otherwise.

2. £149 first-project pilot

The published pilot covers up to 15 datasheets, up to 10 drawings, up to two system types, one missing-items audit, one finished PDF, editable source files and one amendment round requested within seven calendar days of delivery. The target is three working days after the agreed required documents are complete and accessible.

Complex client templates, poor scans, rush work, additional systems, larger volumes and further revision rounds are separately quoted. We will not expand paid scope without written agreement.

3. Free folder audit

The pre-order audit reviews folder structure, the document list and supplied client requirements to confirm fit and likely gaps. It does not include producing the full manual, validating technical content or completing missing records.

4. Client responsibilities

The client must provide lawful access to legible, current source files; identify the intended recipient and handover requirements; keep original records; and arrange review by competent persons. The client and its contractors remain responsible for engineering, installation, inspection, testing, certification, statutory compliance and final technical approval.

5. Our document-control boundary

We organise and transcribe supplied evidence. We do not invent certificates, test values, warranty terms, maintenance intervals, revisions or engineering conclusions. Missing, illegible, contradictory, unsigned or uncontrolled records may be marked as open, missing or requiring clarification.

6. Delivery and amendments

Target dates begin when the agreed input set is complete, not when an incomplete folder is first shared. A target is not a guaranteed deadline unless the quote expressly says so. The included amendment round covers corrections and reasonable changes within the agreed scope; new systems, new source batches or changed client templates may require a further quote.

7. Payment, cancellation and refunds

Payment is made through a private payment link or another agreed method. Because work is scheduled and begins against an accepted B2B scope, fees are not automatically refundable after work starts. Before work starts, we will consider a written cancellation request and refund any amount not reasonably committed, less unavoidable payment charges where lawful. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Liability

We will use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for technical defects in client-supplied content, decisions made without competent review, inaccessible or late inputs, or use of draft or demonstration material as approved engineering documentation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the fee paid for that project. We do not exclude liability where exclusion would be unlawful.

9. Confidentiality, data and ownership

We treat non-public project documents as confidential and process personal data as described in the privacy notice. The client retains ownership of its source materials. After full payment, the client may use the delivered project-specific outputs for its own handover purposes. Our pre-existing methods, templates and know-how remain ours.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Questions should be sent to osama@osamaventures.co.uk.
